This is an agreement between D & D Enterprises and _____________________________.

D&D Enterprises will provide the following:

  1. Web Site maintenance includes 2 hours of maintenance or development at $60/mth.
  2. Maintenance and Development includes marketing of web site, type and link corrections, updating of information, etc. This maintenance is intended to cover small changes that the site owner may have. Any large requests will be quoted before work is started.
  3. Any work completed over 2 hours will be approved by the site owner. Additional work is billed at an hourly rate of $60/hr or the unit price of items added to the site.
  4. The maintenance agreement will be invoiced quarterly.
  5. The maintenance agreement is for six months and is automatically renewable until notification from the site owner.
